Your responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for customer questions and needs, making an important contribution to product improvement and customer satisfaction
- You will support the creation and development of our digital customer support (e.g. explanatory videos and NLU customer platform)
- You will be part of the optimisation and automation of our processes in the area of customer success and contribute to improving the customer journey
- You perform functional tests in our system to ensure the usability for our customers
Your qualification:
- First experience in customer success and support with a SaaS-Product
- You are always positive towards customers and take a pro-active and solution-oriented approach
- Strong affinity for system applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You don´t mind picking up the phone
- Excellent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
